Alex was recommended to me by a few coworkers, when it was time to sell a house I inherited from my father. We met at the house, went over a few things such as how the process works, and more importantly, how to make sure the property was ready to market. Because our schedules are typically opposed to one another, the paperwork process was predominately accomplished through emails, and texts. Alex handled a lot the things that were pertinent to the property, such as legal, permit, and HOA searches. This was especially appreciated since the property was located a couple hours from my residence. The house was on the market around a month, and was under contract within a couple weeks. There were several small things that kept coming up that required addendums, which were handled with ease by Alex, once again through email.
